Whether it's revolutionizing the way we teach and learn online,
or developing the premier conversational english integration
platforms, Nick believes that every problem has a solution. You just
have to be creative enough to find it. He's guided the company from
a niche market in Istanbul, to its global presence today. Along the
way, Nick has actively invested in and advised other passionate
startup entrepreneurs. Nick's vision for conceptualizing quality
modern day english language learning is a revolutionary step towards
providing more possibilities for the individual control of teaching
and learning to speak english.

TARIK SEYCERI
Tarik demonstrates daily that hard work can be really fun and that success is more achievable with a talented team that is highly aligned and cohesive. He's scaling Engineering to address the challenges that arise with 22nd Century English's rapid growth. Tarik has gained his reputation in the Tech world through his previous projects completed while still a student at the university level. Tarik has proven to be an inspirational leader who can deliver exceptional mission critical software and services. When he's not amending the program software for 22nd Century English, He's bound to be upgrading his totally cool work station.
HEAD OF GLOBAL OPERATIONS
ANDREW ZILKA
An active problem-solver and strategist, Andrew grew 22nd Century English operations team from a single employee to a global workforce. Previously, he focused on weaving the use of innovative educational technologies with the foundations of the English curriculum to help produce effective results for educational institutions. He has also successfully led international recruiting and brand restructuring projects. When not scaling 22nd Century English operations, Andrew volunteers as a consultant for internet businesses and not-for-profit ventures. Andrew completed his undergraduate work in English at Ohio State University and received a Master's of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Cleveland State University. Currently, Andy is leading his fantasy football league…and it's not even close.
GENERAL COUNSEL
FILIZ SHINE
She has over 30 years of experience in education. Filiz has a B.S in Elementary Education, MA in TESOL and Ph.D in Language Literacy and culture with cognate areas of specialization in Early Childhood and Children's Literature from The Ohio State University and City University of New York Hunter College. She is a teacher trainer and has taught at the university level since 1993. She also has over 13 years of experience teaching k-12. She has done school program evaluations in English Language Education as well as Bilingual Education for school districts internationally. She also conducts workshops for teachers in literacy, early childhood, children's literature, bilingual programs, EFL , and a variety of other subjects. Dr. Shine also has given parent seminars in regards to raising bilingual children, creativity in children, and emergent literacy. She serves on our general counsel as our lead consultant.
